Custom Orders

When placing a custom order, please be very clear and precise about what is being requested. We care about our customers and we care about your experience. Please make sure we have every detail about your order to make your experience an amazing one. 

Custom orders will not be the same price as the website prices. Due to the request of certain items (stones, charms, spacers, etc.), prices will vary. (See pricing page)

Returns / Exchanges

Because we are a very small boutique unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds. However, we can offer an exchange on an item.

Even exchanges are offered on items that are damaged or if the item is ill fitting. Shipping is waived during the exchange process.  


Please allow 4-8 business days for website orders to be processed and shipped. Please remember that we create custom pieces for our clients and some materials may need to be ordered. 

For custom orders, please remember to give us an event date. If you are bulk ordering, please place your orders 3 weeks - 1 month before your intended date in ensure proper material orders and timely shipping for event. If you are ordering as a gift, please place order 2-3 weeks before gift giving date to ensure proper material order and timely shipping.
